Return and refund policy

You may return most new, unworn items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For EU customers, this includes your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
